Use code 377. Entering the code is different on different models.
Verizon CDMA Treo 650 and 700p:
To show the application, date and time of your last crash simply input #*#377# on your dial pad.
Sprint CDMA:
Enter ## before every code. ##377 in this case.
GSM treo:
Enter #* before every code. #*377 in this case
