My Treo 700W locks up on a semi-regular basis in a variety of situations. Will a memory card help?

An extra memory card will allow you to store additional files and software, but it will not help with program memory. You can quit active processes and running programs that you are not using, thus freeing up program memory. Follow these steps:
  1. Press the Start menu
  2. Select the second tab on the bottom, System
  3. Select Memory
  4. Select the Running Programs Tab
  5. Select the programs you are no longer using by highlighting them and selecting Stop. You can also select Stop All to end tasks related to all open programs
This will free up program memory on your Treo 700w.
