Add a signature to outgoing emails
Adding a signature to outgoing emails....
If you're looking to add a standard email signature to all your outgoing emails sent from your Treo, just open up the Messaging application and choose "Menu" >> "Tools" >> "Options" and select the "Signatures..." button on the "Accounts" tab. From that option panel, you can add signatures to each account and also choose whether or not to include your signature when replying and forwarding.

Had to jump thru hoops to abbreviate my signature as there is some hard limit on number of characters. Kind of surprising to see this in a modern device.

Thanks Chris. I have an icon that I like to put in each email and it takes a little while to draw and it would not save in the "my quick messages" . Thanks for showing me how to do this so I save time sending messages and still get my fun little thing in too. Stumpymd -^..^-
